Returns

Returns follow our retail partner's standard policy: most unused items go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, started from the order page in your account.

Anything that arrives chipped, cracked or with a damaged coating is a defective return. Return shipping is free and it is refunded or replaced in full. Ceramics sometimes lose an argument with a courier, and that is not yours to absorb.

Cookware that has been used cannot go back unless it is faulty. A pan whose coating failed in the first month is faulty; a pan you decided against after a season of cooking is not.

Keep the packaging for the first week where you can. The moulded inserts make a return markedly safer than a bare box.
