The brand's line is better living through cooking perfection, and the part of that we take seriously is the teaching. A pan is only as good as the match between what it is made of and what you are making. That is why this site opens with the job rather than with a catalogue.

Every specification here comes from the manufacturer's own listing. Where a figure is not stated, we leave it out rather than estimate it, and where a piece is temporarily unavailable we say that instead of hiding it.
